Ashanti Shequoiya Douglas, also called Ashanti was born on October 13 of 1980, on the 13th of October, 1980 in Glen Cove New York United States. She is an actress and singer from the United States. Ashanti became famous as an untrained teenager, and later signing with Murder Inc. Records in 2002. The same year Ashanti was featured on fat Joe's What's Luv? Two Fat Joe's What's luv?
